Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Manager to lead human risk management and cybersecurity advisory engagements. You will design and deliver risk reduction programs, drive governance, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across on-site and client environments.

You will mentor junior resources, contribute to proposals, and ensure successful execution while advancing client outcomes in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management or related consulting fields.
• Experience with human risk management programs and security awareness initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream consulting engagements and deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute cybersecurity awareness, training, and behavior change programs for enterprise clients.
• Assess client human risk posture and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Advise on AI-enabled learning experiences and human risk management technologies.
• Translate threat intelligence into practical education and engagement strategies.
• Define and track KPIs for risk reduction, AI adoption, and program ROI.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity engagements and stand up PMO functions.
• Coordinate distributed delivery teams and develop executive-ready materials.
