Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Director, Global Cybersecurity GTM Programs & Strategy in the United States (Remote/Flexible). You will scale Threat Defense through a unified GTM framework, engaging CISOs and executives while coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to drive repeatable, AI-enabled execution.

The role requires 12+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years at director level, deep DNS security expertise, and proven GTM leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud security with 5+ years at director level driving GTM
• Deep DNS security expertise across on-prem, cloud, and edge
• Proven GTM program ownership without direct authority
• Comfort using AI-assisted analytics to drive pipeline and win rates
• Strong communication skills with CISOs and executives

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Threat Defense GTM strategy across multiple stages
• Develop field-ready playbooks and inspection checklists with competitive proof points
• Engage regional and global stakeholders without direct authority
• Build dashboards linking activity to deal size, pipeline, and win rates
• Collaborate with Product Marketing/Management to shape enablement content
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate workshops and narratives
• Source new logos through partner and alliance relationships
• Represent Infoblox at flagship security events
