Infoblox is seeking a Director of Global Cybersecurity GTM Programs & Strategy to lead a cloud-first, DNS-centric security GTM across the worldwide field. This remote-friendly role reports to the VP of Global Security Practice Leadership and drives adoption through content, cadence, and coaching with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud security with GTM focus.
• 5+ years at director level driving GTM strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Deep DNS security/Threat Defense expertise across environments.
• Proven ability to build technical proof points and win strategies.
• Experience guiding GTM programs at scale without direct authority.
• Strong analytics using revenue tools and AI-assisted insights.
• Excellent communication with CISOs and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Threat Defense GTM strategy as a unified framework.
• Develop field-ready playbooks, templates, and inspection checklists.
• Lead cadence with global teams across AMS, EMEA, APJ without direct authority.
• Build dashboards linking activities to pipeline and deal size using AI insights.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Enablement teams.
• Leverage Infoblox IQ and AI tools to accelerate workshops and narratives.
• Partner with resellers and alliances to source new logos and co-drive opportunities.
• Represent Infoblox at flagship events and act as a security thought leader.
