Job summary

BIC World seeks an experienced Global Cybersecurity Director to lead and mature the company’s global cybersecurity program in a multinational manufacturing environment. Reporting to the CIO, the role focuses on defining strategy, protecting assets, securing operations, and driving adoption of modern security technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading cybersecurity teams and programs within medium to large global organizations.
• Experience operating within multinational organizations across geographies.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or OT environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead security program management, roadmaps, and KPI measurement.
• Oversee IAM, PAM, authentication, authorization, and privileged access governance.
• Direct network security, segmentation strategies across IT, OT, and cloud environments.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Manage cybersecurity risk, audits, and compliance across the enterprise and GenAI/AI security.
• Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity organization and budget management.
