Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead complex global cybersecurity incident responses. You will coordinate across businesses, interface with Information Security teams, and manage external partners to protect client data and EY assets.

The role requires extensive incident response knowledge, forensics, and strong communication skills, with a willingness to be on‑call and drive continuous improvements across the program.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity incident response lifecycle and playbooks
• Ability to coordinate global, multi‑team incident response activities
• Experience with digital forensics, eDiscovery and post‑incident lessons learned

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate complex response efforts to global cybersecurity incidents with potential nontraditional hours
• Liaise with business partners, management, vendors and other Information Security teams
• Engage General Counsel, Data Privacy and Risk Management contacts to align responses
• Integrate with corporate incident management programs for consistency
• Oversee CIS projects and mentor junior team members
• Lead process improvements for incident response documentation and playbooks
• Develop scalable response operations and ensure continuous improvement of the global plan
• Deliver leadership reports and metrics on incident response performance
• Draft timely communications for leadership during and after incidents
• Be on‑call for off‑hours rotations as required
