Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident response efforts. The role requires advanced incident management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with senior leadership across EY’s cyber program.

Applicants should have a decade of security experience, including SOC/DFIR capabilities, with a track record of guiding responses, lessons learned, and program improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in information security roles with incident response focus.
• Experience coordinating global cybersecurity incidents and communicating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, global cybersecurity incidents and manage off-hours on-call rotations.
• Serve as liaison with General Counsel, Data Privacy/Protection and Risk Management contacts.
• Develop metrics and deliver reports to leadership on incident response improvements.
• Draft communications and updates to leadership during and after events/incidents.
