Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead complex global cybersecurity incidents with exemplary incident management techniques. You will coordinate responses across regions, interface with Information Security and business partners, and drive improvements to processes and metrics in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires advanced incident response expertise, diplomatic acumen, and the ability to maintain effective relationships with Legal, Privacy, and Risk

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in information security and incident response roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, global collaboration, and high tolerance for pressure.

Aufgaben

• Independently coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents and outside normal hours as needed.
• Liaise with businesses, information security teams, and external partners to manage incidents.
• Establish relationships with General Counsel, Data Privacy/Protection, and Risk Management.
• Drive integration with other incident management programs for consistency.
• Oversee critical CIS projects and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and improve processes for scalable incident response and metrics.
• Prepare timely leadership updates and reports on case progress and outcomes.
• Be on-call off hours as part of rotation.
