Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident response efforts. You will coordinate complex responses across time zones, interface with counsel, privacy, risk teams, and business partners, and mentor junior team members.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in information security, deep incident response experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in information security roles.
• Experience coordinating global cybersecurity incidents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incident responses and manage incidents across time zones.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy/Protection, and Risk Management.
• Drive improvements to incident response processes and playbooks.
• Develop metrics and reports for leadership on incident response performance.
• Lead and mentor the Cyber Incident Response team.
