TikTok is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to the Governance and Experience (GNE) team within Global E-Commerce. You will help build and optimize data dashboards for customer service and experience operations, with a focus on user-centric insights and reduced data acquisition costs.

You will explore AI capabilities to develop automated analyses, anomaly detection, and root-cause diagnosis tools, supporting faster decision making across regional operations and buyer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, functions) and SQL.
• Capable of data visualization and dashboard construction; candidates who leverage AI tools will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and improve data infrastructure for customer service and experience operations; build and optimize dashboards.
• Explore AI capabilities to address business pain points; build automated analysis, anomaly detection, and root-cause diagnosis tools.
• Translate data into actionable solutions; conduct analyses on service strategies, buyer experience, and regional operations.
