Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Intern to support the North America Client Solutions team with dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, and reporting. You will help build new reporting views to track product adoption and business performance, while gaining hands-on experience and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support internal control processes, data organization, and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
• Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial metrics, including budgets and purchase orders.
• Support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product and performance metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports and strategic materials for business reviews and leadership forums.
