Job summary

TikTok is offering a Client Solutions Intern role within the North America Client Solutions team. You will assist in creating and maintaining internal dashboards, monitor key performance metrics, and build reporting views to track product adoption and business performance.

The internship provides hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges while building a foundation for future growth and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support internal control processes, data organization, and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
• Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial metrics, including budgets and purchase orders.
• Support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product and performance metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports and strategic materials for business reviews and leadership forums.
