Job summary

TikTok is seeking a data analytics/science professional to build out reporting, track product performance, and provide actionable insights for the Global e-commerce team across live and short‑form content platforms.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and tech leads, design metrics, run A/B tests, and apply SQL and Python to influence long‑term strategy. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience are required. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, math, internet security or other relevant majors.
• 5 years of work experience in data analytics/science or other relevant fields.
• Solid analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Build out reporting to track product performance using data visualization tools.
• Bring strong desire to learn in a fast paced environment while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical leads.
• Exercise a high level of empathy in order to help the business identify and prioritize data needs and define proper metrics to measure initiative success.
• Use data to bring actionable insights that will help teams execute on their long-term strategy and inform them how well they're performing at their goals.
