Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Intern (GBS-NA) for Summer 2027 in San Jose. You will support internal control processes, build reports, and provide analytical support to the Client Solutions team while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or data analytics, with strong Excel/Sheets skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in digital media, technology, advertising, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support internal control processes, data organization, and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
• Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial metrics, including budgets and purchase orders.
• Support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product and performance metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports and strategic materials for business reviews and leadership forums.
