Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Customs clearance and customer service.
• Working knowledge of CargoWise.
• Knowledge of domestic and international geography and U.S. regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audit all Customs entries and process entries with CBP and related duties.
• Classify merchandise using HTS and determine duty rates.
• Review and input shipment data into customs brokerage systems to generate compliant entries.
• Prepare invoices, packing slips, certificates of origin, and related documents for clearance.
• Monitor entry status and follow up on discrepancies or delays with CBP.
• Communicate with clients about shipment status and required documentation.
• Develop relationships by delivering high quality service and coordinating with internal teams.
• Stay updated on evolving regulations and participate in compliance training.
• Generate KPIs reports on customs clearance efficiency and compliance.
