Job summary

Livingston International is hiring for a Production Supervisor–in some US locations, reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery. The role ensures timely processing, rating, and release of client shipments in accordance with Livingston’s procedures and service standards, including 24/7 operations where applicable.

The position requires handling shipments across modes, accurate data entry, and adherence to ESOs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments timely across all modes of transportation.
• Create customs entries with proper client records and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating and billing.
• Verify duty value and tariff treatment with invoice details.
• Escalate release issues to the appropriate analysts as needed.
• Support day-to-day Release Operations and related duties as assigned by management.
