Job summary

Maersk Customs Services seeks an CHB Operations Associate in Florham Park, NJ to coordinate and execute shipments, supporting a group of client accounts from start to finish. You will gain familiarity with import programs and coordinate file processing with teammates and other groups.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing entries, coordinating with forwarders, and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Customs House Brokerage License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own CHB operations services for assigned customers, ensuring service levels.
• Provide customer service and assist with information requests.
• Process customs entries and PGA for clearance of goods.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with forwarders and lines to ensure timely release.
• Complete billing, tracking, and required reports.
