Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for entry of goods.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from databases and tariff references.
• Data entry and processing of import-related documentation for submission to US Customs; may handle PGA filings.
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance.
• Handle remote filings as needed; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Work with internal staff, carriers, brokers, government agencies, and customers to deliver high service levels.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
