Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible customs brokerage or import compliance experience.
• 3+ years Compliance and CHB entry writer, Third Party Logistics industry (required)
• Customs Brokerage License (required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the CHB team to ensure compliance with import regulations and tariff classifications.
• Audit findings review and drive best practices across offices and clients.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to internal and external teammates.
• Oversee ISF compliance and related reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
