AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Manager of Customs Compliance to lead a team responsible for analyzing customs documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance for our CHB operations. The role oversees classifications, tariff codes, and reporting violations to agencies, while supporting client service across key accounts.

You will develop operating metrics, prepare QBR materials, and drive training, audits, and continuous improvement in a global, customer-focused environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years in customs brokerage or import compliance.
• Experience with audits, ISF compliance and classification.
• 3+ years CHB entry writer experience in 3PL industry.
• Customs Brokerage License is required.

Mansioni

• Ensure customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee ISF compliance KPIs and monthly reporting.
• Lead audits and drive process improvements for clients.
• Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Review materials.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates.
• Produce internal/external CHB reports.
