AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customs Compliance Specialist to analyze customs docs and ensure regulatory compliance. You will review classifications, tariff codes, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to uphold accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Audit and complete entry files, POAs and duty payments via ACH.
• Onboard new customers with POAs and assist with HTS codes.
• Review docs for accuracy including origin, IOR, and terms of sale to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Daily reporting and management of statement processing.
• Classify data entry and ensure federal requirements are met.
• Provide customer service to clients and suppliers and maintain revenues.
