The role emphasizes accuracy, KPI attainment, collaboration across teams, and ongoing training. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of customs/brokerage experience, plus MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• 2 years Customs Brokerage/Compliance experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; typing 45 wpm

Responsabilidades

• Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing
• Timely and Accurate Data Entry into operating systems
• Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting
• Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments and compliance with OPS and regulations
• Monitor customs clearances and communicate with customers
• Meet KPI standards and improve department processes
