Expeditors is seeking a skilled Customs Broker to manage timely entry declarations and compliance across all transportation modes. You will monitor agency filings and billing while ensuring accurate documentation and professional client communication.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customs brokerage, with FDA PGAs knowledge, and a track record of handling high-pressure tasks in a team environment. This role supports growth within a global logistics company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customs brokerage experience.
• Experience with processing entries and all transport modes.
• Knowledge of FDA certification and PGAs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, accurate entry declarations.
• Meet/exceed key performance indicators daily.
• Provide ideas to leadership to improve processes.
• Open files as required.
• Monitor timely entry release and agency filings.
• Scan and index documents into imaging system.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients.
• Coordinate turnover to dispatch.
• Provide clear and professional communication with customers.
