Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a qualified Customs Broker to ensure import compliance and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will review documentation, monitor regulatory filings, and maintain relationships with Customs and internal teams to meet high standards.

Role requires a valid Customs Broker’s License and at least 3 years of U.S. brokerage experience, with strong analytical and MS Office skills. Expect collaboration across branches and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customs Broker’s License required.
• At least 3 years in U.S. Customs brokerage.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with CFIT and Expeditors' import apps.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations and OPS standards.
• Review Powers of Attorney and Importer Questionnaire for validity.
• Monitor daily reviews using IDMA and report findings.
• Conduct annual Self-Audit and 361 reviews.
• Provide training to entry personnel on compliance topics.
