Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in US Customs Brokerage (preferred).
• Knowledge of customs clearance functions (preferred).
• Customer satisfaction oriented and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless operational performance and support customer service goals.
• Proactively monitor performance metrics and ensure KPI alignment.
• Communicate with carriers and stakeholders to coordinate shipments.
• Ensure accurate billing and up-to-date customer documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when needed and drive problem resolution.
