Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Customs Brokerage experience preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support customs brokerage manager in branch operations and compliance.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Develop and mentor team members to meet training goals.
• Assist with customer service and relationship management.
• Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth processes.
