CAMAG Scientific, Inc. is hiring for a dynamic professional to lead customer service, technical support, and service activities with an emphasis on Latin America.

The role includes installations, training, and sales support across the US and Latin American distributors. The position requires fluency in Spanish, travel willingness, and a technical background in laboratory equipment or analytical instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and work with technical/scientific products.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for US and Latin America customers by phone and email.
• Provide installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and customer training on-site.
• Respond to product questions, provide quotations, assist with orders, and resolve customer concerns.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities and coordinate international shipping and customs when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and service records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and CAMAG headquarters to ensure excellent customer service.
• Act as Area Manager for Latin America and develop distributor relationships.
• Monitor distributor performance and establish annual sales targets for the region.
• Plan yearly visits to Latin America to support distributors and customers.
