Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, now part of Solve Industrial Motion Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, handling product information, orders, and account inquiries. The role collaborates with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and respond to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with JobBoss2, and a customer-focused, professional mindset.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate degree with a focus on business administration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experienced with enterprise software solutions (JobBoss2).
• Outgoing, positive attitude.
• Operating with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Able to understand customer and market requirements.
• Willing to work with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Provides timely feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with B&B/Solve employees and representatives from various departments and locations to provide and receive information on customer orders and inquiries.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Adheres to all B & B and Solve policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
