Job summary

Inolex is seeking a Sample Center Technician in Charlotte, NC to support daily operations, manage inventory, prepare chemical samples, and oversee packaging and shipments. The role reports to the Customer Success Manager and emphasizes accuracy and safety in handling chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Compile, fill, process, close & ship sample requests using the computer system to receive, fill and label jars of chemicals, and pack and ship packages.
• Maintain ample stock of filled jars.
• Monitor supply levels for boxes, jars, packing materials and other supplies.
• Maintain the sample center in an organized structure.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace enabling chemical handling and packaging to meet safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures related to chemical handling and packaging.
• Review and evaluate Customer leads for the US and Canada.
• Communicate with required individuals to get tasks completed.
