You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production to fulfill orders, schedule services, and ensure accurate data entry across systems.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of order management experience, strong communication in English, and a collaborative, proactive approach in a global team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing customer orders and order processing.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book customer orders and manage the full order process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
