Join world-class experts in finding answers to our customers' toughest questions as a Customer Service Specialist. Ocean's customer service organization is designed to accelerate and support our entire customer base. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will often be the first and last interaction our customers have with Ocean, working directly with customers, sales, engineering, and operations to support a smooth customer experience from inquiry through delivery. You will partner with customers to understand their needs, book customer orders, coordinate order scheduling, and support service offerings like repairs and calibration. You will also work closely with the internal team to continuously improve the customer experience. This is a Temp to Hire position based out of our San Mateo, CA office.
