Job summary

Kwan Ventures is partnering with a leading Indian headquartered multinational in flexible packaging and manufacturing to appoint a Customer Service Coordinator for its US operations based in Kentucky.

The role will own the order to delivery process, coordinating with Production, Logistics and Account Management to ensure accurate processing and timely communication. Ideal candidates have ERP experience and strong communication skills; proficiency in Excel and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, order management or coordination.
Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of import/export terminology and Incoterms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process Proforma Invoices and Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with Production and Logistics on order progress and delivery timelines
Maintain weekly open order and monthly delivery performance reports
Keep customers and Account Managers proactively updated on order status
Manage customer complaints, follow ups, credits and documentation
Maintain accurate customer information and records in the ERP system
Respond promptly to customer and internal queries
Support customer satisfaction initiatives, trade shows and special projects
