Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Client Services Representative to manage end-to-end customer accounts, aligning demand, forecasting, capacity, inventory, and new product introductions. You will own performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver timely updates to customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in a related field, with strong communication and ERP system experience. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in commercial, customer service, or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with manufacturing and supply chain systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict management.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead weekly Open Order Review reports and discussions with customers.
• Enter purchase orders into the ERP system and coordinate with Planning partners.
• Confirm production timelines with customers and manage change requests.
• Support day-to-day customer requests in coordination with Supply Chain and internal partners.
• Communicate launch dates and requirements to R&D, Operations, QA, and other teams.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage inventory targets and coordinate resolution of excess or aging inventory.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain customer cost sheets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts.
• Prepare and present executive-level customer updates for CS&OP meetings.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
