Qualifications

• Experience managing orders from release through shipment.
• Strong routing, freight coordination, and shipping documentation knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse operations and transportation providers.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP, order management, transportation management, or warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer orders from release through shipment, ensuring timely routing and execution.
• Monitor order status daily and proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay shipment.
• Maintain and update order tracking tools for visibility of shipment status and exceptions.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to communicate shipping priorities and expedite risky orders.
• Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.
• Generate and validate routing requests, shipping docs, bills of lading, and freight paperwork.
• Collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to schedule shipments and resolve issues.
• Review compliance requirements to minimize chargebacks and shipping violations.
• Monitor workload, priorities, and performance of Customer Operations team members.
• Establish daily priorities and provide direction to team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Planning teams to support commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve order execution processes and shipment visibility.
