HEICO is seeking a Customer Sales & Order Fulfillment Representative in Mount Juliet, TN to manage the complete order lifecycle from quotation to shipment. You will serve domestic and international customers, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare repair quotations to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for domestic and international customers.
Respond to requests for quotations by providing pricing and delivery information.
Manage customer orders from quote to shipment for timely fulfillment.
Receive and process parts for repair and coordinate with customers and internal units.
Provide regular order updates and status reports to customers.
Prepare detailed repair quotations and obtain approvals.
Develop new customer opportunities and maintain relationships.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Generate ad hoc reports using proprietary software and Excel.
Maintain documentation and organize files for compliance with audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service and efficiency.
