Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years customer service and/or project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and acknowledgements accurately and timely including portal management.
• Serve as customer advocate, coordinate with regional teams to resolve issues.
• Liaise with procurement, engineering, manufacturing and credit to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM to record activities and support sales growth in assigned region.
• Provide reporting on territory activities and customer engagements.
