Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Consulting Engineering Customer Project Manager in the United States to lead customer project delivery from planning through execution. You will shepherd projects from initiation to close, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and alignment with specifications and customer expectations.

The role requires coordinating with manufacturing, subcontractors, and field teams, managing risk, and communicating progress to stakeholders while maintaining financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, business or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction, electrical power distribution equipment or mechanical systems.
• Experience with subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to close, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Validate requirements, specs, and contract terms with customers and lead the project team.
• Develop schedules and coordinate with internal facilities and vendors to meet milestones.
• Monitor execution, manage updates, and drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Closeout projects with financial reconciliation and customer handover.
