Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Consulting Engineering Customer Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects in the United States. You will own planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets are met.

The role requires coordinating with manufacturing, field teams, and customers to align requirements with specifications, schedules, and budgets. Strong communication and risk management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, or business.
• PMP preferred.
• 3–5 years project management experience in construction, electrical power distribution, or mechanical systems.
• Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation.
• Technical knowledge of facility/building or IT infrastructure systems including switchgear, UPS, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet requirements and schedules.
• Validate statements of work and contract terms with customers and maintain executive-level communication.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status and forecasts.
• Support risk mitigation, change management, and financial reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle.
