Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to provide internal and external support for order processing, procurement, production scheduling, packaging, logistics and invoicing. You will interface with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate quotes, and smooth execution from order to shipment.

Proficiency with SAP, CRM systems and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; minimum 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and verify details against requirements.
• Coordinate production scheduling and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in packaging, shipping, and invoicing processes.
• Provide first-level customer support via phone or email.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, IT, QA) to fulfill requests.
