Job summary

Döhler, a global leader in nutrition and technology-driven ingredients, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver first-class service to a defined customer base and internal teams. You will handle orders in SAP, ensure accurate pricing and delivery terms, and collaborate across planning, production, and logistics to meet customer expectations.

You will manage data in SAP, monitor order confirmations, and support frontline teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.

Qualifications

SAP experience strongly preferred.
2 years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing industry.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders into SAP within 24 hours of receipt.
Ensure payment and delivery conditions are correct on the order and escalate if revisions are needed.
Collaborate with planning, production, and order management to resolve issues and reset expectations.
Monitor sales order confirmation process and verify order information within 24 hours.
Update and maintain customer data in SAP as needed.
Manage sales order and delivery backlog.
Manage delivery and billing blocks and order maintenance.
Monitor on-time in full performance and KPIs for relevant indicators.
Coordinate with inside sales, sales teams, and logistics on customer-facing topics.
Enforce SOP for order changes and cancellations.
Resolve requests raised by internal stakeholders and end customers.
Delivery block management at the SO level.
Automated order confirmation management.
