Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a CSP Customer and Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager to lead two pillars: customer-facing Engineering Quality and Manufacturing Product Quality Engineering on the factory floor.

The role spans four countries, serving top enterprise customers across three manufacturing sites, requiring deep manufacturing process knowledge, executive presence, and multicultural leadership to align floor operations with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership across global, multicultural teams in multiple time zones.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing assembly and floor processes.
• Exceptional client-facing skills for executive meetings and escalations.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies including pFMEA, FPY/TPY, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Dual-Pillar Team Leadership: Product & Customer Relations Engineers and Manufacturing Quality Engineers.
• Customer Account & Executive Relationship Management: lead Monthly Executive Reviews and QBRs to secure additional business.
• Manufacturing Floor & Process Control: oversee internal product quality and key controls across plants.
• Data, Metrics & AI Innovation: monitor KPIs with analytics and AI tools.
• Sister Team & Global Collaboration: partner with Continuous Improvement and global Quality/Supplier Engineering teams.
• Lifecycle Quality & Documentation: establish process mapping, pFMEAs, yield targets from NPI to end-of-life.
