Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years on manufacturing floor experience in automotive or electronics/server industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data reporting tools; ability to leverage data and AI tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for high-level customer-facing meetings.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Continuous Improvement: evaluate floor processes across global facilities to identify opportunities.
• Process Auditing & Execution: perform detailed process audits to verify compliance and effectiveness.
• Customer Quality & Engagement: collaborate with CSP customers for inquiries and quarterly business reviews.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action: analyze logs and reports to establish root causes and drive actions into processes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: use Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to create executive dashboards and reports.
• Process Documentation & Control: develop process maps, pFMEA, yield targets, and monitoring strategies.
• Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Quality, Test, Supplier, and Manufacturing teams to implement standards.
