This is a unique opportunity to join a well established global team as a Manufacturing Process & Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer. Working within a dynamic international matrix (spanning Morrisville, Taiwan, the UK, Mexico, and China), this new role focuses on driving continuous process improvements on the manufacturing floor to optimize customer delivery and experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong manufacturing background-preferably from the automotive or high-tech server assembly industries-with a strong floor presence, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret operational processes to ensure they are simplified, executable, and auditable. While prior formal Quality Engineering experience is not required, strong process acumen, analytical capability, and customer-facing communication skills are essential.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT). All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
