Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks a strategic leader to drive global manufacturing, quality, and supply chain for the Sensors & Mechatronics unit. The VP will shape an excellence-focused operations program, standardizing processes and optimizing the manufacturing footprint worldwide.

Ideal candidate brings executive manufacturing experience, Lean and Six Sigma mindset, and strong financial acumen to maximize ROA and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• MBA or MS in related field desirable.
• Minimum of 4+ years manufacturing executive experience; 8+ years production and materials management.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
• Ability to travel internationally ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead global manufacturing strategy, quality, supply chain, and logistics for the Sensors & Mechatronics unit.
• Develop long-term operations strategy focused on excellence, cost competitiveness, and scalable growth.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, value stream improvements, and continuous improvement across all operations.
• Oversee manufacturing footprint optimization, capacity, automation, and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure APQP, product launches, and global manufacturing standardization.
• Align operations with commercial growth and customer requirements; manage KPIs and ROA.
• Executive sponsor for customer quality and escalation issues.
