Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Director-level Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Tier-1 CSP and global accounts. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from customer engagement and requirements alignment to NPI and mass production readiness, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in compute, storage, GPU, or cloud hardware within data center/OEM/ODM industry.
  • Direct experience managing Tier‑1 CSP or global OEM customer projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of flagship server, storage, and GPU programs for key CSP customers.
  • Drive design reviews, DFMEA/DFS validation, debug closure, and quality assurance to meet customer compliance and serviceability standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing, procurement, and sales to meet milestones and customer requirements.
  • Establish and optimize program governance, PMO processes, design review standards, and risk mitigation frameworks.
