Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Director-level Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Tier-1 CSP and global accounts. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from customer engagement and requirements alignment to NPI and mass production readiness, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
8+ years of technical program management experience in compute, storage, GPU, or cloud hardware within data center/OEM/ODM industry.
Direct experience managing Tier‑1 CSP or global OEM customer projects.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle delivery of flagship server, storage, and GPU programs for key CSP customers.
Drive design reviews, DFMEA/DFS validation, debug closure, and quality assurance to meet customer compliance and serviceability standards.
Lead cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing, procurement, and sales to meet milestones and customer requirements.
Establish and optimize program governance, PMO processes, design review standards, and risk mitigation frameworks.
