Job summary

Lenovo in the United States is seeking a CSP Customer and Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager to lead both customer-facing engineering quality and manufacturing floor quality teams across multiple plants.

You will drive KPI improvements (FPY, TPY, PRR) through data analytics and AI tools, manage executive reviews, and coordinate with global Quality, Test and Supplier Engineering to raise product quality from NPI to end-of-life.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams across global, multi-country operations.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing assembly and floor processes in high-tech hardware.
• Strong client-facing skills for executive reviews and escalations.
• Familiarity with quality methodologies (pFMEA, FPY/TPY, audits).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct two core pillars: customer-facing engineering quality and manufacturing floor quality.
• Build and sustain executive relationships with enterprise customers through reviews.
• Oversee quality controls, audits, and site scorecards across plants.
• Lead data-driven KPI improvements using analytics and AI tools.
• Collaborate globally with Quality, Test and Supplier Engineering teams.
