Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking a Senior Customer Implementation Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end deployments for medium to high complexity. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across operations, IT, HR, and finance to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires proven PM experience in logistics, strong stakeholder engagement, and certificates like PMP. Starting salary range is $87,100-$110,000 USD with full benefits including health, PTO, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations.
• Project management in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong understanding of international supply chain operations.
• Certification in PMP/ACP‑PMI or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations of medium to high complexity, ensuring a smooth transition from commercial award to stable operations.
• Own and drive the end‑to‑end implementation project plan across functions and geographies, including operations, IT, HR, and finance.
• Establish project milestones, readiness criteria, and go/no‑go stage gates, providing visibility to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues from award through hypercare, escalating when required to protect delivery.
• Act as the central point of coordination for customers during onboarding, ensuring scope adherence and alignment with the solution sold.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure readiness, including SOPs/IOPs, staffing, training, IT/EDI integration, KPI reporting, and service quality.
• Contribute to commercial opportunities by supporting solution design and presenting the implementation approach during pre‑sale and sales engagements.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices to improve implementation methodologies and execution standards.
