Parts Town, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, International Customer Experience to lead the Latin America & Caribbean Customer Experience team. You will train, develop, and escalate issues while ensuring a high-quality experience for Premier customers.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication (English & Spanish), team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the Customer Experience team members in our Latin America & Caribbean Queue.
• Provide personalized customer service as a Dedicated Rep to select Premier customers.
• Expedite aging cases with attention to Premier account service levels.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive team environment.
• Evaluate and improve internal processes to boost efficiency and customer experience on first contact.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, internal shared services, and peers in other departments to find solutions that satisfy the customer and our company.
