Job summary

Advanced-Ground-Systems-Engineering seeks a Customer Account Specialist in Cincinnati to manage complex customer relationships from quoting through delivery and post-sales support. You will ensure accurate execution of requirements, maintain KPIs for speed and on-time delivery, and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in global customer service.
• Advanced Excel skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong listening, influencing, and communication skills.
• Strong mathematical, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
• Experience in aerospace industry preferred.
• Understanding of ERP systems or equivalent.
• Resilient and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs, ensure requirements align with guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver RFQ responses after internal review.
• Enter pricing and perform quote win-rate analysis in ERP.
• Process customer sales orders and handle discrepancies before order acceptance.
• Provide weekly/monthly order status updates.
• Respond to inquiries about RFQs, orders, and product information.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing to keep product docs updated.
• Generate data for pricing catalogs and KPIs.
