Qualifications

  • 10+ years of banking or related experience.
  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced credential.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Global Custody strategy and commercial roadmap.
  • Own revenue growth planning, margin analysis, and client profitability reporting with Finance.
  • Develop competitive intelligence and market positioning for custody offerings.
  • Translate client needs and market trends into a prioritized product roadmap and investments.
  • Collaborate with Product Office, Technology, Risk, and Operations to modernize capabilities.
  • Establish governance, SLAs, KPIs, and executive scorecards to guide strategy.
