Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• 10+ years in banking, custody, asset servicing, or related strategy roles.
• Experience developing or managing custody strategy, pricing, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, commercial roadmap, pricing discipline, margin management, and competitive positioning for U.S. Bank's Global Custody offering.
• Drive revenue growth, client profitability, modernization, and scalable growth as the dedicated commercial owner.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategy roadmap, capability development, and investment priorities.
• Translate client needs and market trends into a prioritized roadmap and investment cases.
• Define and execute Global Custody strategy aligned with priorities and verticals.
• Develop and monitor revenue and margin dashboards to inform decisions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across custody-adjacent businesses.
• Modernize custody capabilities and automate workflows for scalability.
